Why are we fighting over the last 1%?

This blog posting has a very insightful view over how consumers are letting industry run us over. It is focused on the Verizon rollout of FIOS, but the point remains the same. Consumers aren't fighting as they should, and our congressional representatives aren't fighting on our behalf. I need to read this again when I get more time. Kudos, Mr. Frankston, for a good article.
