Disabling Windows Genuine Advantage

If you use Firefox like I do, you are probably feeling hassled by the Windows Genuine Advantage program every time you try and download something from the Microsoft website. Yes, it is just three extra steps, but I really think that once I've validated my system, I shouldn't need to anymore.

I found this blog entry which identifies a way to skip it. It uses a Firefox plugin called Greasemonkey, which allows you to add your own script to other web pages, along with the appropriate script to convince the WGA stuff that your system is genuine. Works like a charm.
